We offer two main services which overlap but are actually separate.

1. Building Service – We have full builders license 20566C and HBCF insurance. Offering complete new builds, renovations additions alterations, decks, pergolas, retaining walls. Even odd things like fitting out sheds for offices, insurance repairs. Pretty much anything. HBCF Only currently rated to Triplex (Three dwellings on one block max). Can build anything 4 levels and up. Offer fixed price and/or do and charge

2. Commercial Carpentry Service – Contract to Richard Crookes, Taylor, Bloc, North ect doing fit outs on high rise, schools, aged care. Installing skirting, architraves, doors, locks, feature hardwood, cladding, FFE blocking & fit out, Hardwood floors, hoardings, emergency works, night works, fire collars. Looking to pick up new Builders. Work on rates, quote or hourly hire do and charge.

	New homes: From simple rental properties through to large-scale, luxury homes, Rayfield Constructions can offer you a full end-to-end solution that will capture all of your lifestyle needs.
	Renovations: Whether you are looking for additions to your existing properties or you want to alter your home for new purposes, we can help. We have vast experience working with heritage homes and also creating new additions that will seamlessly blend into your existing property.
	Decking solutions: We can add new decks to your home or pool space or bring new life to your existing decks. Our services include (but are not limited to) pergolas, railing, roof overs and we can also assist with carport solutions.
